“ We're new to the area and I've been wanting to check this place out for a while. So, so glad we dropped in. AWESOME spot on the water. It's not a big place and is always busy so they tell me. We were lucky to got a spot quickly but it's definitely worth the wait !! The menu is fun and you can't beat a few beers in the heat of summer. We had the calamari and sambuca shrimp. Great combination and didn't waste a drop of the sauce. Thanks Brittany for the suggestion. We'll be back for the fish tacos! ”

“ Sunny, partially covered patio right on the Rideau River. Great views of the river and beautiful waterfront homes. Classic Irish pub fare side-by-side eclectic and creative dishes. The fish tacos are a delicious must-try! Decent beer selection with several craft beer option (tall cans). Service was friendly and earnest, even thought the restaurant was busy and a little understaffed on the day of our visit. Highly recommend this gem just outside of Ottawa. The drive up is also lovely with many beautiful estates nearby. ”

“ My first time going here and it was great, the service was fantastic, the food was excellent. It's a very busy spot, but being right on the water makes it so worth the wait. They do have a policy that your full party must be in attendance before they will seat you. So a couple of us arrived before everyone else and then when we were waiting for one more person to attend they still wouldn't seat us. I'm sure they have a reason, but when over half of the group is there, they should've been able to seat us. Other than that, it was definitely worth the wait. We started with the calamari ang it was very good. I had the salmon a lot of the group had the fish and chips and everyone was very satisfied. Excellent portion size. ”
